Refund Policy

As a psychotherapy practice, we strive to provide high-quality services to all of our clients. We understand that there may be situations where a refund or return is necessary. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not typically provided. However, if you have purchased a session and are unable to attend for any reason, we are happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date at no additional cost.

If you have purchased a package of sessions and decide that you no longer wish to continue with therapy, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused sessions. Please note that we do not offer refunds for sessions that have already taken place.

Returns

As a psychotherapy practice, we do not offer physical products for sale and therefore, returns are not applicable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide 24 hours' notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
